Being an interstate investor, when we made an offer on a property in Townsville, then we were worried about pre-purchase & settlement inspection, any maintenance work, securing a good tenant with good rent ete. Then our buyer agent introduced us with a business development manager Scott McWilliams from Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville. We were over the moon after receiving service from Scott as he took care of everything like pre-purchase & settlement inspection, maintenance work, securing a good tenant with good rent as per rental appraisal. We found Scott is so gentle, friendly, very knowledgeable person and easy to deal with. Also, Scott has extensive experience and tremendous track record in property sector. We feel so lucky and safe when Scott and Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville hold our hands in our property investment journey. In addition, all the staffs from Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville are so friendly and easy to deal with. We are pleased so far due to services we received from Emma, Nikki, Sarah and others and it looks like bunch of good people work in that agency. We vote for Scott McWilliams to be the best agent and Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville to be the best agency in regional Queensland. We highly recommend them to anyone who are seeking all property related services in that town.
