Dealings with this agency has been so easy. From the day we first looked at purchasing through Mark Lake, to our first meeting with Scott Walduck, and others we have been supported all the way. During the recent flood event Scott was able to be contacted with ease, and assisted us with ensuring tenants were able to move in with minimal stress. Both Mark and Scott have been exceptionally helpful through out our experience.

Nikki of Harcourts Kingsberry was fantastic to work with. My experience with Harcourts Kingsberry was my first as a landlord and Nikki was very professional and patient in helping me through all of the forms that were required and getting my property to the standard required for a rental. I was very impressed that Nikki had a tenant in my property 3 weeks from when I first contacted them, even over the Christmas period with shutdowns. Thank you!

Harcourts Kingsberry are the most friendliest and warm team of ladies I have ever had to deal with within a professional environment. No enquiry is ever too much of a problem and I have always been treated as a friend rather than a distant landlord. I feel very comfortable and at ease having my property in the hands of the Harcourts Kingsberry group.

Jenny does a great job managing my properties and I never have to worry about a thing. I'm glad you have her on your team. The other agents all do a great job, but most of my dealings have been with Jenny.

Really happy to be dealing with a property management company who is both friendly and professional. Throughout the process we were given professional advice, and found everyone involved great to deal with. Thanks.
