We were nervous about finding a property on such short notice as we were moving from interstate. Chelsea Made us feel so much more confident and helped us every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Harcourts Midlands are my favourite - they treated me like an equal - and were friendly, fast and helpful. They gave me the information I needed and didn't treat me like a second class citizen. Thanks guys. You are the best!

We have had a great experience from start to finish using Jess and Chelsea. Everything was taken care of in regards to leasing our property out. Communication is the key and these guys have been awesome. We now have wonderful long term tenants. Couldnt be happier.

We found the staff at Harcourts Longford very professional, and friendly whilst managing our rental property at Cressy. The inspections were always carried out in great detail and on time. The Ladies were prompt with depositing our banking funds into our account and always available for any inquiries we may have had. They have been a pleasure to deal with these past six months. Thanks Amanda

We are so grateful to have been recommended the services of Harcourts Northern Midlands. We are fortunate enough to have Chelsea Black be our property manager for the last year now who has found a tenant for our first home promptly, professionally and effortlessly. Always contactable and kind but mostly approachable. Thankyou Chelsea we couldn’t trust our investment properly with anyone else!
