Jessica is a fantastic sales representative. Jessica always would communicate to us promptly and professionaly when potential buyers were interested in the property that we were selling. I would recommend Jessica to for a sales representative.

Hey Harcourts! My husband and I have just purchased our first home in Tasmania and I would like to take a moment to praise Chelsea Briggs, who’s been an absolute joy to go through this process with. Our new home is a renovated church with an attached cemetery; a feature which, due to unexpected steps and lengthy waiting periods with the Dept. of Premier and Cabinet, added several months to us reaching a settlement date that we weren’t at all anticipating. Chelsea has helped make what could have otherwise been a stressful situation much more pleasant by always keeping the lines of communication open between us and the vendors, and keeping us updated throughout the process. Chelsea has been a wealth of knowledge, quick to respond (or find an answer) to any and all questions we’ve had over these past months, and has been extremely professional and kind. Many sincere thanks!

Our property was definitely a non-standard process, but Chelsea was professional, cheerful and encouraging throughout the process. While there were unforeseen delays, Chelsea provided alternate solutions to keep all parties interested throughout the process.
