We had a great experience with Shad and Loren and they really kept the process smooth and would recommend them for real estate dealings. Negotiations and Knowledge was extraordinary and straight forward compared to other greedy real estate agents hiking the prices. God bless your team Shad, Loren and lovely Emma at office. Thank you Allan valdaris

Shad was very professional in his approach and was very timeous with feedback. We submitted an offer on a Saturday and got to an agreement by the Tuesday. I would definitely recommend him as an agent whether you are selling or buying.

Shad had been invited to consult with us on 2 separate occasions when we were weighing up our options to sell. Both times, he was professional, courteous and provided a good amount of information to support us with the decision making process. He knew his target market well and achieved a pleasing result for us only 8 days after we went to market! Thank you Shad and Harcourts team!

We invited 3 agents to our house and all were very good. Shad stood out because he give us way more information than any other had, and important information we hadn’t considered. Shad explained his strategy and how it all works. We all know selling a house is stressful enough but when you have Shad on call to answer all your questions it certainly lightens the load. We were provided with tradies, solicitors and stylists, all or none of which we had to choose, but we did find all of them very competitive! Put it this way, if I have to sell another house I wouldn’t look anywhere else and would call Shad straight away!!! You cannot go wrong with Shad 😎

Purchased a property in Rouse Hill via Harcourts and was assisted by Shad. It was a pleasure dealing with Shad. He was very accomodating with the queries we had during the process of purchasing the property. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone....

We had a positive experience working with Shad to sell our property. He is a true professional and possesses a wealth of knowledge about the industry he works in. At the beginning of the process he stated that he could sell our property within 2 weeks and he did just that, we were very happy. We also appreciated Shad's independence and ability to be proactive, he only contacted us when necessary. Overall Shad is an excellent person to work with who genuinely cares about his clients and we highly recommend him.

Shad’s knowledge of the local area, current market trends, his attention to detail, professionalism, attending to our many requests and eventually ‘just selling’ our place for the price we wanted meant a great result

We had 3 agents come to value our home. What made us choose to go with Shad was his attitude that he works for us and the enthusiasm he had for getting us a good price for the house. He seemed more driven and determined than the other agents. Throughout the experience Shad kept us up to date and was professional and friendly at all times. He has an extensive knowledge of the property market and was able to give us advice/direction as needed. We would highly recommend Shad to others.
