When we first met with Shad he stood out as the clear choice for the agent to sell our home. Shad was well prepared, enthusiastic and professional. Preparation for our sale was well managed by Shad & his team. Everything went smoothly. Shad was always available and happy to help. Our house sold quickly, we were thrilled with the price. Shad is a great negotiator, he acted honestly and with integrity. We recommend Shad without hesitation.

From the moment we spoke with Shad we knew he was different from all the agents we've come across from 2 months of searching for a home. Shad is professional, communicates well and is there to get the job done. He is approachable, very easy to talk to and knows the market well. If you want to sell or purchase a home with ease, we couldn't recommend Shad highly enough. Other agents should take a leaf out of Shad's book.

I would like to thank Shad and his team for all his work and successfully selling our house. Shad definitely goes the extra mile and also was able to arrange contractors, styling, and a handyman to help during the covid lockdown when we couldn't be on site. Shad is informative and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. Shad worked long hours on our sale, and we had many late night chats when securing the sale I would recommend Shad and his team and would definitely use his services again if the opportunity arises.
