Shad and his team are great. Some real estate agents can be very arrogant and pushy. I can say with confidence that Shad is not. He's just genuinely nice. And very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

We purchased our property through Shad. Shad is a thorough professional, knows his market inside out and goes the extra mile. Also helped us move in timely when there was a delay from the bank’s end. Made it seamless and very well organised. Highly recommend. Great service!

We use his services before and so this was our second sale through him. Despite the lockdown difficulties he and his Sales team gained a fair price for our Unit within the agreed time. Thank you to Shad and his team.

I told Shad from the get go I don't trust real estate agents so be straight with me and we will get on through this process. He kept me informed all the way through and was honest with me. I couldn't ask anymore. Happily recommended

Selling a house is a nerve racking experience at the best of times but during a Covid lockdown when the rules made it difficult to actually attend our property would have been all but impossible without an agent with the credentials and expertise of Mr McMillan. Shad took on the task of organising the services needed to prepare our property for sale and made us feel we were in the best of hands. He took the worry out of this for us and handled everything with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy. I can’t speak more highly of Shad and the result of the sale of our house exceeded all expectations. Thank you again Shad. If you need an agent to sell your property…..call Mr Shad McMillan at Harcourts realestate Rouse Hill. You’ll be glad you did.

Shad is the pinnacle of professionalism in the real estate market. Extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable and always accessible. He helps both sides of the table and leads us to a common meeting ground. We're new to the property market and he has set a high bar for us when dealing with agents.

As a buyer, Shad was always very prompt in responding to queries and also along the whole post sale process. He was very helpful in accomodating all the questions and requests we put forward prior to settlement. Although essentially representing the seller, Shad always helpful to us as buyers. Especially on the final inspection, he took time to explain everything with regard to our new purchase. Thank you Shad and team for helping us get our dream home.
