We chose Paul because when you searched sold properties in Parafield gardens he had the most of the most recent sales. So Paul is the one doing the selling. Plus he lives locally in Parafield Gardens and my good mate played soccer with him and rated him as a good bloke. Which he is. Genuine, professional, knowledgeable, follows up things. Had confidence to advise us on what we need. We believed him and the house sold for a price above our expectation, We had multiple couples through our first and only open, it was well advertised, great photos, styled, priced correctly, and we had multiple offers on the table to chose from after one single open. In fact Paul had 3 offers before we went to the first open but we wanted to give everyone an opportunity to buy the property.
