We hoped for a reasonably quick sale process and weren’t in a position to spend a lot upfront to maximize the sale price. Paul understood this and adapted the selling process to suit our situation. For every hurdle, he had a suggestion or a solution. We’re saving heaps on our “pre-sale” budget, which is great. Paul Whitney sold our house during COVID-19 and very nearly got the exact number we were hoping for. The man clearly knows what he’s doing :-)

When looking for someone to sell our home of 20 years we wanted someone we could trust and would be honest about what a possible outcome would be. When we met Paul Whitney we felt that immediate trust and Paul was honest and trustworthy with genuine knowledge of our area with a realistic expectation of the sale price. Paul gave perfect advice to prepare our house for sale and a marketing plan to ensure we would attract many interested buyers. During the sale of our house Paul never failed to communicate with us every step of the way and delivered a sale beyond our expectations and within a week of going on the market. Paul's assistant Sera was also a wonderful help with even further communications and a few little chats along the way. We would not hesitate in recommending Paul Whitney and his team and my family now has a trustworthy real estate agent for any future needs. Team Whitney definitely deserves to be very successful and we wish them all the very best for the future! Thank you Paul and your wonderful team!

Paul was great throughout the whole process, keeping me up to date on all progress throughout the sale. He was always helpful in any questions I had & made the entire process enjoyable. He was very professional & great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure both parties were satisfied when buying / selling the property. I look forward to working with Paul again

From our first meeting with Paul we were highly impressed! He was recommended to us by friends and came to us with an abundance of market knowledge and a sound strategic plan. Paul explained the proceedings clearly and provided us with positive feedback and ideas to attract potential buyers. The biggest impact made through his suggestions were the professional styling, photography and swift action of an early open inspection before Covid-19 restrictions. Paul handled these challenging times like a true professional and kept us informed throughout the selling process. We highly recommend him!

Alex is, to put it simply, Fantastic! We hadn't moved house in 27 years, he explained what would happen in simple terms. Communication is spot on. He says it how it is; he sold our home after the first open for a price that exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Alex to everyone who is looking to sell in the North East. Thank you so much Alex for making what could have been a stressful experience, easy, quick & simple!
