We hoped for a reasonably quick sale process and weren’t in a position to spend a lot upfront to maximize the sale price. Paul understood this and adapted the selling process to suit our situation. For every hurdle, he had a suggestion or a solution. We’re saving heaps on our “pre-sale” budget, which is great.
