Sold after first open for more than asking price during the covid 19 pandemic. What a star. I was very apprehensive about putting my late mothers house on the market right when Covid 19 was rife. I had doubts if it will sell etc & expected the house value to dip etc. Bens professionalism & knowledge of the industry immediately put my mind at rest during the first appointment. He outlined his marketing approach which was different than the usual given the Covid 19 restrictions & gave me tips on what to do when presenting the home in order to get the maximum price. Ben certainly is a master at his craft, he knows his stuff & is a very down to earth real estate agent. He kept in regular contact with me throughout the whole process & kept me posted on any developments. His expertise and negotiation skills resulted in the house selling after the first open for more than original asking price. Ben has done an amazing job again! He sold our house in mount Barker on the first open and the same for our Paralowie home .
