Buying and Selling a house is a long and complicated process. It was made easier by Ben's ability to take us step by step through the process. It is important to have confidence in the agent's ability to get thing done how and when they said they will. We looked for nearly a year before choosing an agent to sell for us and in that time found out exactly what we didn't want in an agent. It was important to us that our purchasers experienced a good feeling from the agent after all they are representing you and should have aligned values and professionalism.
