I have recently purchased a property from Harcourts Sergeant and was disgusted to arrive and my newly purchased house to find the green yard i thought i had purchased was no longer among many other issues left for me by the Vendor and the agent, the contract i singed clearly stated the vendor had to keep the property maintained. I phoned the agent and asked what happened only to be told it was not there problem and they where not going to do any thing to help. so please be very careful purchasing any property from Harcourts Sergeant as you will most likely be walking in to the same horrible situation that I have please share and let people know so they can not continue to allow vendors to do this to purchasers.

We eventually decided to sign with Jayne, to sell our house, we were looking for a cheaper option and chose Jayne, through another company that she worked for at the time, we had some offers, but being early on the market decided to hang out, this was our decision, not necessarily Jayne's, unfortunately and through no fault of Jayne, the company we signed with decided to leave the market, and I know at that time, we were poached by a lot of agents, but Jayne gave us the confidence to continue with her, and against all the odds and through a fairly trying time, Jayne came through and I believe showed true grit and determination considering the circumstances, I have no problems whatsoever in recommending Jayne in the highest regard, she always works tirelessly for the vendor at least in my experience she does.
