Perri at Harcourts was lovely to deal with, friendly, helpful and very professional. She replied to messages promptly and helped make the process as easy as possible. Having not rented for a while I did find the whole process - I applied for 8 rentals for me and my three kids - a bit scarey and very stressful in that applications are not dealt with as they come, but are screened, pooled with the landlord, and then an applicant chosen. This introduces a significant time delay in an already tight windows, meaning that I was considering interim accommodation options such as airbnb, or friends couches - very difficult, especially with children. I would suggest agents could advertise properties more in advance of contract dates, or deal with applications as they come, to improve tenant needs. I'd really recommend Perri and Harcourts though, they were great to deal with.

I recently acquired a rental through Bree Banks-Smith @ Harcourts Signature & it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Bree has gone above and beyond in ensuring documents were sent, received, signed, noted etc. Bree has also answered all my queries about the property in a timely manner, presented the property very well upon the initial inspection, communicated with me any other notable mentions & worked with me on ensuring the hand over date/time suits myself. Bree & the team at Harcourts Signature are exception to work with. I am incredibly grateful for their work efforts & ethics. Thank you.

I am a property investor in Hobart & Sydney. My choice with the realestate company I deal with in Hobart is Harcourts Signature Rosny Park. The staff that deal with my property portfolio are very well trained from the start through the owners and managers at Harcourts. I have a very good relationship with the rental managers who are great to deal with. They know their job and communicate well with the varied tasks that comes with communicating with owners & tenants needs. I highly recommend Harcourts for your rental management. Regards Stephen

We have been impressed with Harcourts Rosny Park from the moment we decided to use them to manage our Hobart property. The service we have received from Bree is head and shoulders above the other property management team that we use for our other property. The tools that are available to assist with communications, repair requests, etc are very useful as we are many hours away and unable to pop into the office. As we don't live in Hobart, Bree has arranged for all of the maintenance and repair services that we have needed with quotes quickly forwarded to us. The tenant selection process and documentation was also appreciated and allowed us to make an informed decision regarding tenant selection.

Harcourts have been great in helping list my property for rent and finding a new tenant, especially as I'm not currently living in the country.

From first contact, Sophie and the team at Harcourts were fantastic. Lightning quick to respond to queries, and nothing was too much trouble. Particular shout out to Sophie for being willing to conduct an inspection via videoconferencing from out of state.
