Our experience with Bree was fantastic, we looked at a property with Bree and was unsuccessful, however Bree had us in mind for another property that had not yet been listed. Bree put our application through to the owner on our behalf and they accepted it without us looking at the property. Bree had set up a private viewing of the property which we were happy to accept. The whole experience with Bree was easy and pleasurable, I would recommend Bree as a property manager to anyone.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my property agent, especially with Bree as my property manager. She’s been incredibly reliable, responsive, and proactive in handling everything from tenant communication to property maintenance. Bree truly goes above and beyond—she’s a great manager and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I had a generally positive experience with this rental agency. The staff were polite, responsive, and helpful throughout the application and move-in process. They addressed maintenance requests in a reasonable timeframe and communicated clearly when issues arose. They were professional and made the rental experience smooth and manageable. I’d consider renting through them again.
