I had a generally positive experience with this rental agency. The staff were polite, responsive, and helpful throughout the application and move-in process. They addressed maintenance requests in a reasonable timeframe and communicated clearly when issues arose. They were professional and made the rental experience smooth and manageable. I’d consider renting through them again.

From the moment Bree took on letting our apartment the whole process was seamless. Bree advertised the apartment and then shortlisted and referenced checked all suitable applicants. Bree also took over the management of government services and communication with the body corporate. I cannot recommend Harcourts property management services enough.

Only disappointment was the uncleanliness of the property left by the tenant. Considering 3 monthly inspections were conducted the tenant was allowed to let the property deteriorate. I would suggest changing who you employ to clean the property as I feel $900 was very overpriced considering the hours I personally spent bringing the property upto a clean, & tidy state. The cleaners did a very poor job!!
