The team at Harcourts Signature, Ronny Park are incredibly professional and helpful. They quickly found tenants for my property and followed up on all communication promptly. Highly recommended

From the moment Bree took on letting our apartment the whole process was seamless. Bree advertised the apartment and then shortlisted and referenced checked all suitable applicants. Bree also took over the management of government services and communication with the body corporate. I cannot recommend Harcourts property management services enough.

Only disappointment was the uncleanliness of the property left by the tenant. Considering 3 monthly inspections were conducted the tenant was allowed to let the property deteriorate. I would suggest changing who you employ to clean the property as I feel $900 was very overpriced considering the hours I personally spent bringing the property upto a clean, & tidy state. The cleaners did a very poor job!!

Bree has been very helpful and accommodating, especially as I needed to do an online viewing of the property due to being interstate.

Our rental manager, Bree Hobden, is a kind, pleasant and professional agent. She has been incredibly helpful in the three years we have been clients of Harcourts. Bree is always quick to respond to tenant's needs, and to keep us informed of their concerns. We would highly recommend Bree to look after your rental properties.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to my agent for helping me find the perfect property. Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and they were always quick to answer questions, provide advice, and offer insights that made a potentially stressful process much smoother. I was able to secure a property that I’m truly happy with, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend Harcourt to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hardworking real estate agent.
