Our initial meeting with Lucy and staff was at a fair. We gave our details for a phone call back. We received that call which shouldn't have been a shock, but it was a welcome surprise. Considering we had contacted other agents with hopeless promises of visits time after time, we knew we were on to a winning group. Since then, we have been updated constantly for finding suitable tenants. Another thing, Lucy works hand in hand and job shares with Sophie therefore we are not at a loss if one of them is on leave or absent.
