Bree was amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, fast at getting the job done, and had valuable insights about what we should do to achieve our goal that we would have otherwise had no idea about. I am also extremely impressed with the market comparison document we were given and landlord guide and checklist, which I felt was going above and beyond, and again included things I was not already aware of. Bree was also fantastic in helping us resolve an unexpected stressful difficulty, and was very patient with my anxious personality. I have already recommended her to multiple friends.
