Bree has managed my property in Glenorchy since 2021, and prior to that, my home in Sandy Bay for several years. She is client focussed and a highly experienced property manager. Her communication is clear, and works in the best interests of tenants and landlords. She is flexible and highly organised. Bree brings a wealth of knowledge to every interaction, is always prompt, and has a deep understanding of property management and the Act in Tasmania. Will always recommend Bree and hope to engage with her in the future.

I have managed my investment property through Harcourts for multiple years now, have worked with multiple different agents, and throughout the entire process they have been nothing but wonderful, helpful, patient & prompt with enquiries and always so friendly. They are consistent with reports and maintaining properties and I would recommend to anyone looking to rent or manage properties in the Hobart region to work with them!
