We contacted Harcourts in Rosny Park after getting great service from the sale of our property in Ulverstone through Harcourts. However this was for rental recruitment and management of a tricky property (big garden etc) in the middle of winter. Not an easy proposition for Jaymie, our rental manager. However, we shouldn’t have worried. Jaymie was enthusiastic, fully committed and professional from day one. She guided us about adjusting the rental cost and kept us fully informed at regular intervals. We are super impressed and have every confidence our property is in good hands.

We have rented a few times around Australia but this has been by far the easiest and best experience we have had. Jaymie is fantastic and a credit to the team. An amazing response rate and very easy to talk to. Very accommodating with our availability. We viewed our preferred property at 3:45pm, filled in the form by 5pm and found out at 10am the next day we had been accepted - what a breeze.
