Mel and the team at Harcourts Signature Rosny Park have demonstrated to me what a hardworking and experienced team provides, I highly recommend their services. They have at all times provided clear updates, excellent documentation, sound recommendations and support services for my rental property. During a transition of tenancy they have excelled in communication, advertising and marketing, and in selecting tenants. I recommend Mel and the hard working team at Rosny.

I have only dealt with the property manager, so far, as I am just changing agents. I am very happy, at this stage, as to how it is being managed. I look forward to having new tenants in and going forward.

Bree was amazing to deal with when searching for a new rental. She was super fast with the application process and very flexible with allowing me to inspect outside of the normal booked time due to my busy work schedule. I really appreciate her amazing communication with me and I am relived to know I have such a great agent to work with at my new beautiful home during my tenancy term. Thanks Bree!!

Our initial meeting with Lucy and staff was at a fair. We gave our details for a phone call back. We received that call which shouldn't have been a shock, but it was a welcome surprise. Considering we had contacted other agents with hopeless promises of visits time after time, we knew we were on to a winning group. Since then, we have been updated constantly for finding suitable tenants. Another thing, Lucy works hand in hand and job shares with Sophie therefore we are not at a loss if one of them is on leave or absent. This suited us to a tee and something for prospective clients to consider. Thank you Harcourts!
