Bree displayed an impressive level of professionalism and dedication. Her knowledge of the local rental market was evident, and she provided invaluable advice on how to present my property to attract the right tenants. Communication with Bree was excellent throughout the entire process. She kept me informed at every stage, providing regular updates and promptly answering any questions I had. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were commendable. The tenant screening process was handled with utmost care and professionalism. Bree ensured that all potential tenants were thoroughly vetted, including background and credit checks. This gave me great peace of mind knowing that my property would be in good hands. I highly recommend Bree at Harcourts - Rosny Park to any property owner seeking a reliable and knowledgeable property manager.

Bree was amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, fast at getting the job done, and had valuable insights about what we should do to achieve our goal that we would have otherwise had no idea about. I am also extremely impressed with the market comparison document we were given and landlord guide and checklist, which I felt was going above and beyond, and again included things I was not already aware of. Bree was also fantastic in helping us resolve an unexpected stressful difficulty, and was very patient with my anxious personality. I have already recommended her to multiple friends.

The agent was able to offer good advice on what we needed done to freshen up our recently vacant property. Communications were business-like and friendly without being "over the top" as we have found with some agencies.

As current property owners ourselves, we understand the complexities of Landlord/Tenant relationships. Mel Collis was always easy to contact and supportive of our move into our rental. Mel timeously follows up with the Landlord and rectifies any issues that we have quickly. Thank you Mel for a great rental experience.
