I cannot speak highly enough of Xander and the team. They managed the preparation of my unit for sale in a manner that was essentially seamless to me, engaging tradespeople and managing their access to the unit. Xander saw a solution to an unapproved modification which had been done by a previous owner - this solution was 'inspired', cost a relatively small amount to achieve a compliant outcome and significantly contributed to the ease of sale and price achieved. Xander responded positively and proactively when an initial contract fell through due to finance and diligently kept working to not only achieve a second successful contract in a short time but also continued to show the property 'just in case' until the contract when unconditional.
