My year-long property search was stressful, disappointing, and fraught with untruths, but all that ended when I crossed paths with Jared at an off-market open home. As I have told many of my friends, Jared had several opportunities to answer my questions using 'agent spin', but he didn't. It was refreshing to receive honest answers which 100% helped me know exactly where I stood in the purchase process, which made it a quick and seamless transaction. I am counting the days until settlement, but while I wait, Jared has been super accommodating with my requests to meet tradespeople at the property to gather quotes, as well as letting me take another walk through. I consider the sale of my father's house as a positive life event thanks to the professionalism of agent Emily Magee. At auction, the property was marketed as first time on the market in 57 years. This was our family's only home, meaning its sale involved significant emotion, making it a milestone life event for us. From the time we invited Emily to visit the home with the intention of possibly engaging her services, we were confident that she was the right person to entrust for this most important responsibility. Emily had a clear plan, assisted us with trades and professional services to prepare for sale and communicated with us and all others involved in a reliable, dependable and professional manner. I did not anticipate meeting the buyer, however after they requested meeting us, the buyer spoke glowingly of Emily's professionalism from her perspective also.
