The process to sell my house started off slowly, with the board going up late and very little interest at the first open for inspection. The Photos of my house and subsequent advertising were of the highest quality and looked sensational. The flowers and best wishes from Ilia and Lou received the day before the auction was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The Auction result was amazing, Ilia, Lou and the team at Harcourts did a fantastic job which enabled such an amazing result. Thankyou!

We had been monitoring the results presented by Harcourts for some time , as they seemed to stand out above the rest within our area. It wasn't until we recruited Mario and his team that we truly understood why ... from the very start their service was truly remarkable , they allowed us to be part of the sales campaign preparation , as well as provided us with honest feedback throughout the campaign . We credit our strong sales result to him and his professionalism and would have no issues in not only using Mario and the team in future , but recommending him to others as well .

Alex Doicas was an amazing real estate Agent, I can not recommend Harcourts enough. The sale of my property was taken with care and compassion. The efficiency of Harcourts is proven by the sale of my house. The team of Harcourts was a pleasure to deal with and we're easy to communicate with all the time. I will be choosing Harcourts again in my future endeavours. You will not regret having Harcourts as your real estate agents.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Alex Doucas (Harcourts Thomastown) after the recent passing of our father. Alex was wonderful in helping guide us through the whole sales process during this emotional time, his assistance and knowledge of the area and real estate industry provided our family with the comfort in knowing we had picked the right agent. Alex provided us with all the necessary tools and assistance to achieve the final sales result we had all hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex Doucas and Harcourts Thomastown to all my family and friends and hope to use his services in the future.
