Ilia was an amazing real estate agent. I've dealt with many over the years and none have come even close to his performance. He was able to obtain a far greater price than the reserve, even more than his estimated price. This is something other real estate agents were not able to achieve only one year earlier with the same property, with a reserve that was far lower.
