Alex is reliable, dependable and it was pleasant dealing with him.When 1A Pareira Court, Mill Park came to market, I felt that it is the right house for me as I was only looking for a place with 2 bedrooms, a lock up garage, small, easy to maintain garden etc. etc. I felt secure throughout the campaign that the house will be mine and I was determined to buy it. I had my finance approved and was determined to bid at the auction. Alex guided me throughout the process and I felt confident to bid. Ilia Menkinoski knows what he's doing! He communicated with us at exactly the right times during the open house times and auction and provided exactly the right information that we needed at that time. He was quickly responsive to all our questions, was super professional, yet friendly too. We put all our trust in him to sell my parents investment home and we are so glad we did, achieving an amazing result far beyond our expectations.
