Ilia sold my mother's house and was a pleasure to work with. We felt confident in his skills and his knowledge of the industry. He's very honest and gave us a great result.

Ilia has taken care and responded to buyer on timely manner. He did not mind to arrange private inspection time over the weekend. It is better if he acted more on price negotiation for buyer. Thanks,

Dear Illia, I am writing this review in reference to the selling of our house in The Boulvard, Thomastown. I would like to mention that my whole family was very impressed and happy with the service you and your and team provided us. You maintained professionalism at all times and our house was sold at a very good price. Something we will never forget. I would recommend you to anyone and I hope that we may continue to do business with you in the future. Thank you for your endless hard work and efforts. Regards, The Ghafari Family
