Shane was really helpful and was a great contact with the seller. He was able to obtain site drawings and spoke to the seller on behalf of us with the questions we had. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and the market. When we’re ready to sell, we will be in touch because he was excellent! Appreciated the cafe voucher too, was awesome not to think about food after moving!

We found Zarina to be a highly professional agent. She answered all our questions about the property we purchased in a professional and knowledgeable manner. There was no pressure put on us to buy this property from her in anyway. In fact she left us feeling comfortable and assured we were making the right decision to buy. We cannot thank her enough for all her assistance through this journey and would highly recommend her to any future home buyers or for that matter home sellers. Thank you Zarina.

I am extremely impressed with Zarina. She is a professional, hard-working, conscientious and caring agent with a great sense of humour. I live in SA and did not know anything about the WA real estate market when I had to sell my house because of COVID-19. I will be eternally grateful for Zarina, she assisted me through the process and managed to sell my house in a short period of time. It was under offer within 24 days. Zarina responded to all my queries in a timely manner and she continually updated me on the progress of my impending sale. Zarina was truthful and realistic when valuing my property. I highly recommend Zarina Brodie if you have a property to sell.

Elizabeth and Marcus have a fantastic wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Ellenbrook area. They were not only incredibly professional but also very friendly and thoughtful. They kept us informed at all times and took time to listen and get to know us. We couldn't honestly be happier with the whole process of selling our house with them and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling their properties.

Elizabeth and Marcus were warm and knowledgeable of the market in Ellenbrook. Right down to how long it would be on the market. We are 600KMs from Perth, working away with no phone reception, and our sale was tied up in a Deceased Estate. This presented some challenges from start to finish, but Team Good were very patient and so helpful. They even helped with getting those small jobs done to ready the house for sale. We’re so grateful to Elizabeth and Marcus for all their assistance. R&J

Shane was wonderful to deal with, as the rest of his team. We were always aware of what was happening and never had to chase him up. Mike was also really understanding and lovely as I said goodbye to my first home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell
