Shane & Mike is the dream team. Knowledgeable and honest. Gives excellent advice on selling strategy and uses the social media perfectly. Shane and Mike met up with me on super short notice no problems and was able to get everything organised so fast. They are always only a phone call or a txt away anytime. Shane was really helpful and was a great contact with the seller. He was able to obtain site drawings and spoke to the seller on behalf of us with the questions we had. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and the market. When we’re ready to sell, we will be in touch because he was excellent! Appreciated the cafe voucher too, was awesome not to think about food after moving!
