Kim was great to deal. I made her acquaintance initially when I asked her to assess my property value for either sale or rent. Once I had made my decision. I got back in contact with her. Great advice, sold in weeks, she even went above and beyond trying to sort out my dog. Highly recommend Kim.

We mostly dealt with Mike from Team Penny. He was very efficient with his responses and did his best to answer any questions and give us as much information as we needed. He didn't disappear after settlement and was happy to help with any questions or issues. Currently enjoying a lovely breakfast at Laneway 7, courtesy of Team Penny. And we love our new home!

Buyer of residential land in Red Hill, WA 8 days ago Penny discussed the type of property that we were looking for and what our personal requirements were in order to find the right property to suit what we needed now and for the future. We were able to find the right property through Penny’s knowledge of the market and we are very happy with all of the help we received during the process of buying the property. Highly recommended.
