Elizabeth sold our house, which was good though the service was impersonal. Although paying for the social media package our house wasnt on any social media platforms for over two months after our house was initially advertised. By this time the ad was "stale" in real estate terms and we ended up taking a lower offer. We had to remind Elizabeth to put the ad on social media and when it was the house sold the next week, makes you think. Overall satisfied as our house was sold, care was lacking.

I approached Kim about March of last year in regard to selling my property at 28 Bittern Place, Chittering 6084, which went on the market about mid April 2019. Photos were duly arranged and taken which came out exceptionally good and then it all started happening. Open House inspections were very successful, I think only on one occasion did no one turn up, all others were very well patronised, on some occasions quite a number came which was a lot of work involved for Kim but she carried it out in her calm, cool manner, tending to each and everyone, answering all questions and explaining how and why things worked. I might add that my home is a little different to the normal, being a passive solar house with some rather unusual features, which appealed to some people, others found it difficult to accept. End of August an Offer to Buy was received, and this duly got finally settled and I moved out early December. Kim worked so hard to get all the paper work and details sorted out, no fault of hers but a lot of problems with the Buyers, but eventually she had it all "going" and it finally got settled and all could move on with their lives, at the same time keeping Me fully informed as to what was happening. Kim is a dedicated and hard working lady who gives her whole self to the jobon hand and I would be only too happy to use her services again and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. I take this opportunity to wish her well in her career, which I am sure she will succeed, as she has the dedication and will do her very best, come what may. The previous owner didn't vacate the property properly and even though we offered to help remove a few items for her and didn't mind doing the labour and contributing to the cost she reneged on an agreement to pay for the removal. Kim has been absolutely no help in this matter and now we are stuck with the removal of 3 10m skip bins of junk costing us around 2k. What was left exceeded what was mentioned at final inspection. As a first home buyer where this should have been an exciting experience it has left us with so much work and a bad taste in our mouth about real estate agents and the industry.
