The previous owner didn't vacate the property properly and even though we offered to help remove a few items for her and didn't mind doing the labour and contributing to the cost she reneged on an agreement to pay for the removal. Kim has been absolutely no help in this matter and now we are stuck with the removal of 3 10m skip bins of junk costing us around 2k. What was left exceeded what was mentioned at final inspection. As a first home buyer where this should have been an exciting experience it has left us with so much work and a bad taste in our mouth about real estate agents and the industry.
