Penny Schouten proved herself to be a highly professional agent who achieved our sales price in a record 72 hours. Having interviewed 4 other agents in the area, Penny proved to be extremely capable, willing to listen to us in what we needed to achieve and went about the job with great ability and also a great sense of humour. Her photographer/videographer also did an amazing job on our property. She was always available to talk too and gave us advice when needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Penny to other vendors.

We sold our house through Elizabeth Good, settlement was the 11th October 2019. Elizabeth was very informative, worked hard to get what we wanted, approachable and friendly who was available all the time for us and if not she returned our calls ASAP. If we needed her help in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to ring her again.

Not only is Penny highly professional, but she is incredibly personable. Despite the horrific market conditions Penny achieved a sale price almost $100,000 higher than a comparable property just four doors down. Also this property was bigger and on a larger block of land and in much the same condition as mine. Penny obviously works a lot harder for her vendors than other agents. I would not hesitate to recommend Penny and how she is focused on achieving the best outcome.

This is the second house the team has sold for me. They are really informative, offer advice and suggestions and base it on their market research. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

Shane was great. Was a different than usual sale. Went out of his way to help me with everything. Helped me with me questions and didn't mind me bugging him. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know who is selling in the future.

Zarina has a great amount of information about the area and the property. Helped us all the way since it was our first home and didnt have enough knowledge about all the legislation and paperwork. Zarina always helped me with all my query about the property and the area. Beside that the whole process of buying the property was fast and easy what i would think would be take longer time to process. Thanks for all the help.
