helped our dreams come true
Penny made our dream home come true. She sold our home so we could buy the one of our dreams. Even though it's meant to be a tough market Penny made it all seem easy and was helpful through the entire buying and selling process. Penny went above and beyond with our queries and concerns and was the glue between all parties to make everything happen. She isnt pushy or cheesy and made us feel really comfortable with all aspects. We cant thank her enough for everything she did and we of course would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Best real estate agent I have ever dealt with
Penny was the most helpful and honest real estate agent I have ever met. I totally respected her opinions and did what she said with my home. We marketed my house at the price she said and within 11 days of my home going live on the internet my house was under offer. In today’s market that is unheard of. Penny really cares about her vendors and puts 100% into her work. I will definitely use her again and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Penny!

Professional and Knowledgeable
Zarina has a very good understanding of the housing market. Her technical knowledge is excellent and she has a strong understanding of both the local and state market. Zarina is very professional and well organised. She was extremely accessible at most times of day/night. Zarina is also courteous and continually followed up with me to ensure that the sale of the house was completed in a timely manner. Zarina has also followed up with me once the transaction was complete, a testament to her caring nature.

Very friendly and knowledgeable
Would 100% recommend Elizabeth to anyone selling or buying in this area. She was very knowledgeable of the area, informed us of upcoming projects such as the new roads and train lines. Elizabeth was very easy to contact (even after hours) and was always willing to answer all our questions.
