Despite the horrific market conditions Penny achieved a sale price almost $100,000 higher than a comparable property just four doors down. Also this property was bigger and on a larger block of land and in much the same condition as mine. Penny obviously works a lot harder for her vendors than other agents. Zarina has a great amount of information about the area and the property. Helped us all the way since it was our first home and didnt have enough knowledge about all the legislation and paperwork.
