Penny was able to secure the sale of my house within 2 months, in contrast to the previous agent who was unable to sell the house in 6 months. All good. But as a first home buyer she should give me enough information onto how I will get the house. Because I thought full inspection is to be done before settlement and that wasn't the case, it costed me more than $3000 to fill in the settlement cracks and repaint it. There were few damages in the house as well. Which then came to a point where that is not included in the inspection. Then what is the point of inspection.
