We sold our house and were given 4 weeks to move out. Phoned Zarina and requested that she show us through some homes in the Henley Brook area with a few special requests added to it. Wanted something with a bit of yard and lawn. Must have a shed and a couple of other small things we needed. The next day we did a tour of several houses with Zarina and all were lovely and had what we wanted. I found Zarina very pleasant to talk to. Very professional and extremely helpful. Kept in touch with everything and the lovely surprise was we did put in an offer on a home that day and cute way of telling us was a picture taken in the dark with car lights on of the big sold sign on the house for sale sign we put in an offer on just to let us know it had been accepted. Loved it. Had a great laugh and she then phoned us to discuss it all. Just over 3 weeks later our settlement was through and we are now in our new home and loving it. I worked with David Penny on the initial contract where he was able to fully explain every small step and help me along with any questions I asked in a very professional manner. During the settlement process I mainly dealt with Mike Holland where when I had a query he responded in a very timely manner. They were able to provide all the necessary documentation as well as recommend a fantastic building inspector for the initial building inspection.
