Elizabeth is honest, punctual, knowledgeable and very well presented. I took her advise on presentation and market price and received an offer after the very first home open. Elizabeth was able to negotiate a higher price from the buyer and the sale went through in 39 days which is virtually unheard of. I would recommend Elizabeth and suggest you take on board her suggestions if you are looking to sell a house, especially during this current slump in the market.

Penny is a angel, before Penny came into our life we had two other agents which each had three months to sell our house. Both agents didn't sell the house, minimum interested and no offers. Penny was originally my first choice to sell the house but things came up and we ended up with the other agents. (No fault of Penny) Penny had the house listed on Tuesday and a offer on paper by Sunday arvo. Is that good or is that good? Penny is FABULOUS! My sister in law recommended Penny to us when we decided to sell our property.
