Marcus and Elizabeth are absolutely amazing. They sold us the house in 2013 and have now worked really hard to sell it for us (Sep/Oct 2016) when the market has been declining further and further each month. I could not recommend them enough to get the job done. Their knowledge of the area, market and sales is fantastic, their communication is second to none, staying up late, to get in touch when required and being extremely flexible with the time zone change we are in compared to them. Their Credibility is to be applauded and they are very good with negotiation.
