I am more than happy with the transaction with Marcus, it was a brief transaction as my agent handled the initial contact and saw it through. When I spoke to Marcus about issues regarding the previous owner he was very prompt and most obliging. I will be inviting Marcus back to 6 Lavinia Crescent in the near future just to let him see the improvements I have made to the property. I knew there were things that needed to be done and I am almost there It was a long road, longer than I at first participated, but well worth the time, effort and finances.
