We had an outstanding experience with Jarrod Eastwood and the team at Belle Property Dromana! From start to finish, Jarrod ran a highly professional and effective three-week campaign, generating incredible interest in our home. His expertise, dedication, and clear communication kept us informed every step of the way. On auction day, his strategy and hard work paid off—our home sold for well over the reserve price! We couldn’t have asked for a better result! If you're looking for a top-tier agent who delivers, we highly recommend Jarrod Eastwood and Belle Property Dromana!

I've dealt with many real estate agents over the years and generally expected most of their 'stereotyped' shortcomings. For the recent sale of my late mother's house I looked to a friend specialising in conveyancing, hoping she'd know of an agent that I could trust. I was introduced to Paul and quickly he gained my absolute trust and confidence. He is only recently new to Belle Property and still finding his feet with them. Paul planned a sensible, intense campaign. Not a hint of a hic-up at any stage right up to the very successful sale about 6 weeks later. He reported to me after every inspection, every enquiry. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

Grant and the whole team were fantastic to deal with during our purchasing period, he wasn’t pushy and let it all play out naturally. He did the best for his vendor whilst being respectful and thoughtful towards us as buyers.

From the initial contact with Phil Down to our current dealings with him, we have found Phil and Belle Real Estate an extremely professional organisation to deal with. This was the only property we looked at that was for sale with Belle, and we are in the process of purchasing it now. All communications with Phil have been informative, even when it came to a tree from the neighbors yard falling onto our property, he has looked after this on our behalf.

Grant and his team were magnificent from start to finish, completely transparent, hardworking, and always striving for the best result, which was achieved with minimal fuss, and very efficiently. 10/10 in every way, highly recommend.

Phil has been a pleasure to deal with. As First Home Buyers, we felt in over our head, but Phil was kind, ressuring, up front and his communication was top notch. Buying a house is scary business, Phil made sure we knew everything we needed to & helped us and the vendor achieve our goals. Couldn't be happier.
