I usually don’t trust real estate agents, they are often pushy and in your face, calling you all the time. We viewed the property on three occasions and each time were allowed to browse at our leisure without any noticeable pressure - which allowed us to make a clear judgement on the suitability of the property. Steve answered our concerns with clarity. The auction itself was handled professionally. Likewise the signing of contracts etc was conducted clearly and Grant and Carol gave us confidence in the process. Further, the follow-up has been welcome and not intrusive.
