Grant was very easy to deal with and speak to. He always had time to take our call and didn’t consider any other agent to sell our property. We brought from Grant and decided from a purchasers point he was the exact person we wanted to sell our home.

Grant McConnell and Carol Charkas were very good to deal with throughout the process. I have watched Grant in action at the auctions that he has conducted over a number of years in McCrae. His experience, local knowledge and sage advice was invaluable in helping me to secure a sale on the day of the auction.

Initial price estimates built up hopes - market realities tempered that - but good result at auction! Grant's intricate knowledge of market situation and professional adaption to changed plan attracted buyers. Communication excellent all the way through; he and support staff worked hard to get quick auction outcome. Support systems finely tuned! All very professional.

Great agent with in excess of 25 years local knowledge, excellent communicator, very helpful, insightful and supportive. Highly recommended and principal director behind a very strong brand on the Peninsula. Ran an amazing campaign. Thank you Grant, we might not have held on to win over our forever home amongst a very competitive crowd if it weren't for your support. Kudos to you from the both of us Xxx

Najee Charkas
Najee is an exceptional agent in regard to all aspects of selling our property. His knowledge of similar properties in the area greatly assisted us in setting a realistic price range. His engaging personality and communication skills gave us the confidence that he would do the best for us, and he did that, and more. Najee always stayed in touch, keeping us up to date with offers and open-for-inspection feedback. Even when he was on leave, he was working assiduously on our behalf, negotiating with potential purchasers to achieve a result. We greatly appreciated Najee's skill set in working for us, he is a highly impressive agent, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending him to vendors looking for an agent.

I couldn’t have asked for a better Agent than Carol. As a first home buyer Carol was so great to deal with, walked me through every step, explained the process and made me feel really comfortable. I know I can call her with any question and she’s always happy to help. The process with Belle Property has been very smooth, I highly recommend.
