An excellent company to deal with. The process from start to finish went extremely smoothly. Within a week of engaging we had marketing done. With two open houses we then sold and are now waiting for settlement. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

Najee was a great agent to buy with. His approach to get the balance for both parties was sensational! He was fair and took the responsibility to his vendor with kindness and respect. As the buyers we really enjoyed his work with us and the communication he provided sensational!

We live in Sydney and the home was in Dromana and required extensive repairs. Grant was extremely helpful in advising the market strategy change to auction in order to prompt 'fence sitters' into action. Very soon afterwards we received our first offer which ultimately resulted in a sale with a satisfactory price. It was a pleasure to deal with the team at Belle Dromana and we are very grateful for their support and clear communication.

I recently purchased my first home and was a bit unsure of the process. Phil was very patient and helpful with my questions and requests. If I ever want to sell, I’ll be giving him a call. 😊

My partner and I couldn’t recommend Najee highly enough. We were novices when it came to selling and buying and he has guided us through the whole process. Najee is honest, professional and has good real estate knowledge and experience to support his recommendations if you are selling your property with him as your agent. We were very happy with the service provided and with the outcome from the sale of our home. Najee is also reliable and always followed up on what he said he would, keeping us informed every step of the way, as well as being available at the other end of the phone if we had any questions. Would call Najee again in a heartbeat if we needed an agent.
