Our experience with Najee Charkas was nothing but positive even before we signed up to sell our property. He made the entire process uncomplicated, he was upfront with his expectations of what our property may be worth and was a great communicator every step of the way. Due to the previously mentioned attributes, we felt totally as ease to allow him to negotiate (as the professional he is ) with the buyers and the end result exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Najee to anyone as an agent to either sell your property with or as an agent to purchase from. 10/10
