Purchased my property from Jarrod in 2019 and then sold it through him in 2023. It was never a question of who we were going to sell through. Jarrod conducted himself so well on our first experience that it was only a matter of when! Thanks belle property.

Najee clearly communicated throughout the process and was respectful of my offer basis, not willing to enter into further price negotiations and accepted the first and final offer.

From the time I decided to call Grant from Belle Property Dromana to come and appraise my house, listed the same day I knew they were the right people to get the job done. Most importantly for me was that Grant and Carol cared and kept me informed at all times. After an Auction we had success within a few days with 3 interested buyers it all comes down to listening and trusting the agent. Grant's advice paid off and with Carol's tenacity and a long day of expert negotiations starting at 1pm property was sold at 9pm. Achieving an amazing result. Thank you, very grateful vendor, will certainly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell their home or investment property on the Peninsula.

I recently sold my property with Belle Property Dromana. Grant McConnell was my agent. The sale campaign went well, and I was kept informed of the progress at all times. Grant’s knowledge of McCrae is unsurpassed And this was communicated during the campaign, and at the auction. He was ably assisted by Carol Charkas and Narjee Charkas who also communicated with me regularly. I did not ever consider using any other Real Estate Agent.
