I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Jared Tipping and Belle Property. Jared was super responsive; no question nor request was too much. He made the purchase of our new property seamless. We have been hunting awhile but extremely happy we held out for this exciting property in a great location opposite the beach. Jared had a lot of knowledge about the property and local area, he was lovely to work with on this purchase. Thank you Jared.

Jarrod was recommended to us and we are happy to do likewise to others. Throughout the selling campaign, Jarrod kept us informed of the progress and likely buyers. On the day of auction the potential buyers Jarrod had identified were present and involved in the bidding process. The winning bid came from the people Jarrod had identified most likely to buy the home.

This is our second sale this year with Grant and Team. Grants advice all the way through the process was top class, with no pressure! Grants knowledge of the Peninsula and market are spot on. We highly recommend Grant and the Team we wouldn't go anywhere else.
