My wife and I had our block of land in the hands of a previous agent for 2.5 yrs. We then entrusted Grant McConnell to have a try to sell in a difficult market and he came through with flying colours within 6 months. The weekly emails of interaction on the website was a good guide to interest in the block with magnificent views of three golf courses below and Bass Strait over the dunes. Grant kept us informed on a regular basis of requests for Section 32's and negotiated a sale which was satisfactory for all concerned.
