We were fortunate enough to have Grant McConnell of Hocking Stuart Rosebud Auction our Dromana property. His knowledge and experience provided an overwhelming comfort and calmness with regards to Auction Day and the process thereto. Having discussed with us the likely possible outcomes ensured we had knowledge as to what to expect prior to Auction Day. His control during the Auction and clear spoken words enabled all concerned, both buyers and vendor were given the best chance to achieve respective goals. We were very happy with the ultimate sales result and it would seem the Purchasers we also very excited at buying their new home. Win Win for everyone!

We were happy from the beginning of our inquires which were by phone. All communication was professional and informative. Our first meeting at Rosebud required an out of hours time frame which was kindly met. Upon meeting Phillip we were professionally taken through the particulars of the property we were interested in, with any small concerns we had sorted. We would recommend Phillip Down to anybody who was seeking the services of a realestate agent. Our experience has been positive.

Choosing Grant as our Agent was based on his market dominance in the area. As a Real Estate agent myself I had high expectations. Grant met all my expectations and exceeded many. His honesty allowed me to understand exactly where the market saw value in my home. Although I did not get the price I was wanting I believe Grant got the best price available with sale conditions that suited me. Along this journey I have learnt from the client point of view what really counts. Some of the traits of Grant and Hocking Stuart will now become part of my own professional behaviour.

Grant was very good to deal with and was helpful & professional across all aspects of our house sale. His assistant Elly was also great , responding to all our queries straight away. I would recommend Grant to those looking in the Rosebud/McCrae area to sell their property.
