We cannot recommend Phil highly enough. Phil managed to sell our home following our first open, after only just over a week on the market! Everything from the start, following our first appraisal, to signing of contracts has been handled in a very professional yet relaxed, uncomplicated manner. We can't thank him enough, top job!

I have no hesitation in putting friends (or strangers) in touch with Phil for selling their home and from the way he operates I can see that he is only out to make the seller and buyer benefit. He had buyers ready to go for our place and sold it within a week. He kept us up to date at every change and how the sale was progressing. At no time did I not know where the sale process was at. And on top of all this he was just a really genuine and nice fella. If you want to sell or buy call Phil. Kevin Robins

We have recently purchased a unit from Grant McConnell of Hocking Stuart Rosebud. We were looking for an investment property and Grant was extremely helpful in showing us quiet a few properties in the end the one we purchased was one of the original property's we looked through. Grants knowledge and professionalism throughout our dealing was fantastic, he kept in touch making us aware of anything that was new on the market. I would definitely recommend him in any dealings with property in the future wether it be for buying or selling. Keep up the great work Jo-Anne Hare

Phil helped us secure a property under short notice and difficult circumstances. He went out of his way on his day off to meet with us and then negotiated numerous times on our behalf until a satisfactory result was reached on behalf of both of us (buyer and seller). Highly recommended.

We decided to engage Grant McConnell from Hocking Stuart Rosebud as through research, he was the most successful agent in McCrae. Grant's communication with us throughout the process was excellent. Grant found us a buyer and was able to negotiate a price that we were extremely happy with. I would suggest anyone selling or buying in the Rosebud / McCrae area should speak to Grant as he is a local and knows the market better than anyone. Many thanks Grant for your exceptional service and we would recommend you to anyone. Regards K Bailey

After 28 years in our home, we decided it was time to sell and downsize. We did our homework of the local agents to assist in making an informed decision about who was the right agent for us. After meeting with 5 agents, we very quickly decided that hockingstuart – Rosebud was the one. In the first instance, the professional presentation and meeting preparation of both Grant McConnell and Adam Alexander was very impressive. Throughout the 4 week campaign leading up to our auction we were kept informed of all prospective buyer interaction and given feedback within minutes of the close of each open house. Detailed weekly reports were emailed and we felt completely informed at all times. On auction day, Grant did an outstanding job to achieve a great sale price for us with a short settlement. We can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism, commitment, and level of information that we enjoyed with Hocking Stuart - Rosebud. In an industry that is often seen in a negative way, we can only say positive things about our experience. We would happily recommend Grant Mc Connell, Adam Alexander and the team at hockingstuart – Rosebud for anyone wishing to deal with professionals who will get any client a great outcome.
