Grant was regularly in touch to keep us updated on progress, and with good advice on the sales issues. He set up a good strategy which unfortunately was not successful on auction day, but was helpful in setting the benchmark for a good sale price and outcome for us as vendors. Grant and the team responded really well to the challenge and negotiated with interested buyers to achieve a good outcome.

Grant McConnell provided all of this and more. He made it a priority to communicate with us openly and honestly throughout the campaign sharing buyer feedback so that we knew what to expect come auction day. He also made himself available in the evenings to fit in with our work commitments and having young children. Grant and the team were able to access their database and contact potential buyers interested in our area and I believe that this also made a difference in the high number of people who visited during the open days.
