Home Estate Agents have been managing our rental property since mid 2022. Advice provided by their Senior Property Manager in relation to our approach to presenting and marketing the property has proven to be sound and confirms the depth of his knowledge of the market. The management of our property has involved a minimum of effort on our part. The communication with our tenants has been handled through Home Estate Agents Senior Property Manager. Regular Ownership Statements are received at the end of each month. All issues in relation to the property have been dealt with in a timely manner and we have always benefited from being kept in the information loop through direct contact and email. Overall, the experience to-date with Home Estate Agents staff has been excellent and we recommend Home Estate Agents for your property management needs.

As a tenant, I had a fantastic experience with Blake as my real estate agent. He was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Blake was prompt in responding to questions, kept me informed, and made the rental journey stress-free. His calm, friendly, and respectful manner made a real difference. I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent.

My agent processed a break of lease and initiated a new lease and vetting very smoothly. She identified all major areas where the prior tenants had damaged items, and initiated quotes for repairs immediately. She communicated all these items to the former tenants and took all appropriate steps to facilitate payment of these repairs. All this was done with minimal time or decision making required by myself. I am extremely satisfied with my agent and her handling of the property.

Paige ensured we rented our unit in record time and made sure all background checks were done before she approved the tenant. After dealing with other ordinary real estate office's we are so thankful that we engaged Paige to help us.
