Home Estate Agents
We have been extensive clients of HOME Estate Agents for over 20 years. Through their expertise and professionalism, we have bought and sold properties, and they currently lease our investment home unit for us. We are extremely grateful for the personal care they give to both the owner and the tenants in ensuring that all is in good order. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been very attentive and communicated very well with us. Our own families have now also used the services of HOME and we are highly satisfied with their services. Thank you to John, Carl, Nicole, Andrew, Helen and the whole team. We could not recommend them more highly.

We cannot thank Michael Katsiambirtas enough. He recently leased our apartment. He kept us informed every step of the way and managed to find us a tenant in a timely manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable and gave us the confidence that our property is managed effectively. Michael gave us the reassurance that it would be leased promptly and the proof is in the pudding. Thank you, once again, Michael and team!

Paige was well prepared for upcoming vacancy of previous tenant and promptly advised after first inspection multiple candidates for consideration to take over the new lease. Even got higher rental than advertised. Very happy

I've been with Home Estate Agents since 2013 and have always had a great experience dealing with them. They make being a landlord simple and easy and I have always been able to rely on their suggestions and recommendations.

I accidentally found Home Estate when I wanted to lease my first property. It was in the market for months prior to engaging the Home Estate. They could find a tenant very quickly. I am leasing (and managing) my investment properties with Home Estate for more than 12 years. They have provided me excellent services in all aspects - leasing, doing necessary repairs and interfacing with Strata.
